These knives are the same knives that we sell at Fairs, Home Shows, and Sports Shows all over the world. They have been advertised on television and at shows as the GINSU, THE GINSU II, THE MIRACLE BLADE, THE SPORTSMAN'S DREAM, THE WONDER KNIFE, THE EDGE KNIFE, THE FAIR KNIFE ,THE TV KNIFE, and many of you just refer to it as: THE KNIFE. They have a lifetime guarantee. If they are ever damaged or dulled EVEN IF THE DAMAGE IS YOUR FAULT, they can be returned to the factory and be replaced free of charge. These knives are all Surgical Stainless Steel. They will never rust and are dishwasher safe.
There are two carve and serve knives. Many people call these, the FAIR KNIFE or just THE KNIFE, as it is the only one that works to cut everything, and the only one they mostly use at home. (Great for Ham, Roast Beef, Pork Roast, Chicken, or Turkey. They cut Frozen foods, and consumers report that they are the best BREAD KNIVES IN AMERICA.)We always give you two, so you can give one away and help us advertise. ( We need all the help we can get.) Most people keep them both however, because they are so good.
There is a paring knife in the set. It is great for peeling and paring. This is the one we use to carve the roses out of vegetables (beets, turnips, and rutabagas) and make the pepper palm tree and the apple bird that you sometimes see on our counters at the shows.
The spiral cutter is also included: it makes spiral potatoes (like a slinky toy), also decorates carrots, beets, zucchini, and any other solid vegetables.
Two Orange Juicers are included. They juice any citrus fruit, such as oranges, lemons, limes, or grapefruits. They can also be used to core apples, pears, or tomatoes.
The Utility Knife in the set can be used for scoring, cutting plastic pipe, neoprene hose, roofing shingles, paneling, carpeting, rope, or used in the kitchen for bagels, frozen foods, or any other job that requires a smaller stiffer blade.
Also included in this set is a 6” boning and fillet knife. It is sold in major sporting good stores as the “American Angler.” It has the same steel as the other knives in the set and is great for filleting fish, dressing out a deer or carving meat off a ham or turkey. This knife alone, sells for as much as $19.95. We will include one free with each set today.
As an added bonus: We will include a garnishing and decorating book. It shows you with pictures and written instructions how to make the pepper palm tree, spiral cuts, honeydo melon baskets, and many other garnishing secrets. Our garnishing secrets are included free today as well.
